To provide state-of-the-art solutions to the electric industry that
will lower operation and maintenance cost; thereby making them more
reliable and competitive in a deregulated environment.
As a result
of downsizing and reengineering and the impending deregulation of utilities,
there is tremendous pressure to reduce operations and maintenance cost
to be competitive in this new environment. Uptime Engineered Solutions
is a Manufacturers' Representative providing state-of-the-art products,
predictive maintenance, and monitoring solutions to the utility and
large industrial markets.
Uptime Engineered Solutions
also provides consulting services for companies who wish to enter the
utility market.

Profiles
George E. Forrest
George has over twenty years experience successfully marketing and
selling new products and technologies into the electric utility market.
He has increased sales of existing products and introduced new products
to this market while calling on every major utility in the United States
including investor owned, public, coop, municipals and government. Specifying
Engineers and other buying influences in all areas of utilities and
major industrial companies continue to be his major contacts. In most
cases long term relationships have been established making the introduction
of new products easier.
Sue Forrest
For five years Sue worked as Manager, Independent Sales Representatives
for Eastern Electric in Princeton, NJ. Eastern Electric provides electrical
and mechanical apparatus service/products (manufactured and remanufactured)
to the largest industrial, transportation, and utility companies nationwide.
A highly leveraged company and extremely lean, Eastern Electric had
34 plants in 25 states. The Company was acquired (LBO) in 1986 from
Westinghouse.
